About this bottle

Don Fulano Blanco is produced using 100% estate-grown blue weber agave from the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is gathered a decade after planting. Following distillation, the spirit rests for 60 days in stainless steel tanks and is bottled at 40% alcohol by volume.

Bonita Womack 4.0

A potent, unaged Agave Spirit made from 100% agave cultivated in Jalisco, Mexico. It begins aromatically with hints of agave, earth, fruits, botanicals & spices; a botanical & slightly creamy character follows, adding notes of creamy butter; leading to a rich, warm, and refreshing finish of medium duration with notes of pepper. Jana Seifert 4.0

The aroma has some dark fruit, cream, and cola. The flavor has herbal notes like anise and maybe a little clove, with some raisin and a sweetness similar to a Belgian strong ale. The finish is a bit drier, still herbal, with a little spice. Yet another excellent offering from 1146.

Virginia Mendenhall 4.5

It's quite vegetal. Too strong for mixed drinks, in my opinion. Re-evaluated later, this is clearly best appreciated on its own as a sipper.

Tyree Mcleod 3.8

Scored 88 points. A tequila that tastes like plastic.

Letitia Shelby 3.8

A pleasant flavor, and it goes down smoothly.

Ollie Barreto 3.3

Tequila served at room temperature.
