About this bottle
Copalli Rum was introduced in 2019 by Todd Robinson, a marine conservationist, and Anya Fernald, CEO of Belcampo. This organic rum is produced at the duo's Copal Tree Lodge in Belize, using sugarcane from the surrounding rainforest. Copalli White Rum is a combination of sugarcane juice distilled in both pot and column stills. Following distillation, it rests in stainless steel before being bottled at 42% ABV.
