A strong agave spirit from Rosaluna Distillery (NOM-O02X) in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico. Made from Espadin agave harvested by hand after 8 years of growing. The agave is cooked underground, crushed, fermented, and distilled twice. It starts with fruitiness like citrus, tropical flavors, pineapple, and pear. It then develops into richness and spice with roasted agave, caramel, ginger, and cinnamon. The finish is extended, robust, and smooth, with subtle smoke and earth notes. August / September 2021

An intense Agave Spirit from NOM-O431X, meticulously crafted in small batches from 100% Espadin agave in Oaxaca, Mexico. It begins aromatically with notes of agave, herbs, and spices; its complex journey adds notes of caramel and smoke, culminating in a long finish. April 2017
