About this bottle
Douglas Laing & Co., an independent bottler, issued this bottling in August 2017 to coincide with the UK's National Oyster Day on August 5th. This expression expands their Rock Oyster line, which features blended malts from the Isles of Arran, Islay, Jura, and Orkney. As indicated by its name, this limited edition was finished in former sherry butts. The blended malt is not chill-filtered, contains no added coloring, and is bottled at 46.8% ABV.
