Dave Whittington 3.5

Amber hue Nose of bacon and freshness Palate of butter and spice (perhaps Sichuan?) pepper A general coffee-like sensation overall

Jake Wilkes 4.0

I genuinely enjoy this. I was apprehensive about the sherry influence, but this is full-bodied, subtly sweet, and smoky with spice.

Joni Corbett 3.5

Smoky and briny notes, with hints of lemon zest and prunes. The finish is of medium length. A solid dram for its cost.

Jean Maddox 4.0

Nose: Straw/Farm-like Palate: Leather/Earthy/Firecrackers at the end

Stanley Rock 3.0

Peaty smoke on the nose, with a palate of warm spice and a lingering earthy taste.
