Tasted neat in Sayulita. A slight nail polish remover scent and earthy and mineral notes with hints of smoke, pepper, leather, and rim salt. On the palate, it's smoky, leathery, and tastes delicious.
The nose has notes of smoke, char, caramel, wood, and herbs. The taste is sweet, woody, with caramel, vanilla, and smoke; there are also some light fruit notes. Excellent.
