RAYU JOVEN MAGUEY ESPADÍN

An intense Agave Spirit from NOM-O72X, made from 100% Espadin agave using traditional methods. It offers an aromatic beginning with notes of agave, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; a rich middle adds notes of caramel & smoke; leading to a long & balanced conclusion. April 2017

Seems like a solid Espadín mezcal. It's vegetative and earthy with a smoky, rubbery quality.
