AROMA Oak, caramel, leather, spice, citrus peel, a touch of char. It's not a very bold aroma, rather muted and light. PALATE Oak, herbal notes, caramel, coffee, roasted nuts, char, cocoa, baking spice. Much more vibrant than the aroma, with a quality like "edible espresso beans". FINISH Medium-long -> Espresso beans, herbal, cocoa, and vanilla.

About this bottle
Rabbit Hole has reissued its Raceking Founder's Collection, first launched in 2021, and plans to make it an annual fall release. The Kentucky straight bourbon recipe remains unchanged from the initial edition, consisting of 70% corn, 13% rye, 10% malted rye, 4% chocolate malted wheat, and 3% chocolate malted barley. It was aged in new, toasted & charred American oak barrels and bottled at cask strength. The 2022 edition, limited to 1,335 bottles, became available starting December 2022 at the Rabbit Hole Distillery, with a wider national release expected in early 2023. (SRP $395)
