The most unpleasant alcohol I've ever tasted. Exceptionally salty and bitter with a strong alcohol burn. Hints of decaying plum and ocean brine. It tastes like rotten pickled olives that you keep burping up for hours afterwards.
A spirit from the Czech Republic, it has flavors of ripe plums and a hint of almonds; it's triple-distilled for a smooth finish and is also suitable for Passover. October 2016
A morning drink. Enjoyed with wonderful Czech hosts in January 2021.
