Peyton Weems 3.5

An intense agave from NOM-O20X in Matatlan, Mexico, hailed as the "World Capital of Mezcal"; made with Espadin agave & double distilled. It opens aromatically with hints of agave, herbs & spices; its rich body offers notes of candied agave, leading to a balanced finish of medium duration with earthy tones, pepper & a touch of smoke. Jack Ahn 3.0

Not smoky, but fruity and smooth.
