Puntagave Artisanal Mezcal - Oaxaca

Regarding the flavors, it's very smoky, sweet, and fruity, with a slight vegetal quality. It has a pleasant oily texture. The aroma is intensely sweet and fruity, and I perceive the smoke more in the taste than the smell. The fruity aroma is mostly pineapple. It also has a creamy quality initially. I really enjoy this and how prominent the smokiness is in the flavor.
