It begins aromatically with notes of agave, wood, fruits, herbs, and spices; a rich and complex middle adds caramel, vanilla, melon, tart green apple, lemon peel, and golden raisin. It finishes with an herbal character of medium length, featuring notes of oak, pepper, creme brulee, and black tea.
