Painted Donkey Reposado

First pour, let it rest for about 5 minutes. Golden color with hints of orange ochre. Vegetal and sweet, though not overly so, with some vanilla, pepper, and creamy bubbly notes reminiscent of root beer. Very creamy mouthfeel, oily, sweet, and vanilla. An extremely beautiful finish, tastes like you just drank root beer. The finish is a bit long but entirely worthwhile.

An intense Agave Spirit from NOM 1438 in Jalisco, Mexico. It starts with aromas of caramel and oak, followed by a well-rounded middle with agave and spice; concluding with a full-bodied, intricate finish of moderate duration.

The nose has notes of leather and sweetness. On the palate, it's sweet and smooth with no harsh aftertaste. An easy-drinking tequila. I sampled it neat.

Earthy agave, soy sauce, vanilla, soil, and sea salt. Sweet vanilla taste with hints of wood and pepper.

A very pure reposado, exceptionally smooth and clean.
