One Eight Distilling's Ivy City Gin serves as the base for this barrel-rested expression. The Washington DC gin uses a grain-forward mash bill of 63% rye, 26% corn, and 11% malted rye. It includes the distillery's characteristic sagebrush botanical, along with typical citrus and juniper infusions. The spirit has a robust 52% alcohol content and matures in ex-bourbon barrels for 3-10 months.
