About this bottle
Produced at Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, this gin derives its name from the collection of botanicals and spices, predominantly local, used for infusion. These include juniper, coriander, sweet almond, thyme, angelica, grains of paradise, iris, cardamom, basil, rosemary, eucalyptus, and mint. It is produced using a copper plate column still and comprises five distinct distillates: one made by macerating eight plants and spices in alcohol before distillation, and four from individual botanicals, each distilled separately after maceration in alcohol. The spirit is bottled at 42% ABV.
