This grain-to-glass distillery in the nation's capital produces various spirits, including whiskey, gin, and vodka. Their barrel-aged gin begins as Ivy City Gin, which uniquely includes local spicebush berries from the laurel family, and is then aged for six months in new American oak. It is bottled at 102 proof.
