About this bottle
While awaiting the maturation of their whisky, Cotswolds Distillery began producing gin, which quickly gained recognition. Cotswolds Ginger Gin is based on their standard Dry Gin but is then matured for three months in whisky casks. Following this maturation, fresh Valencian orange peel and candied root ginger are incorporated.
