From 2016, this is the fifth release. A very slight hint of smoke on the nose, with predominantly fruit (white grapes, honeydew melon) and a chalky element. The flavor is also very fruit-forward, intensely mineral, like wet cement or clay, a bit perfumy, and finishes with a slight harshness. More perfume on the finish, which reminds me of jasmine, a scent I don't care for. I would prefer more vegetal notes and less perfume/floral, but it has good qualities and is clearly high-quality... just not my personal favorite. The batch number is PV0ES081117NS.

smell: faint smoke with agave notes flavor: sweet grape, tropical papaya, and damp rock ending: a touch fiery with mint
Full of charred wood and abundant citrus zest on the palate. Enjoyable, but not outstanding.
