About this bottle
Novo Fogo, a zero-waste distillery in southern Brazil, produces organic cachaça. They honor their native Atlântica Forest by repurposing all sugarcane byproducts, aiming to offer a taste of the rainforest in every bottle. Their special edition cachaça from Barrel #194, constructed from ex-bourbon American oak, was aged for seven years and resulted in 240 bottles released in 2015.
