The aroma is rich with amburana and feels smooth and buttery. Amburana is the main flavor. Oak and dried fruits show up at the end. As someone new to Amburana and Cachaca, it's a taste that requires some getting used to, but you can tell it's a good product.

A notable cinnamon note layered over typical cachaca tastes like vanilla and banana. I liked it as a pre-dinner drink.
The aroma is banana and cinnamon; the flavor is like fruity, spicy cinnamon sugar; it finishes like snickerdoodles.
