The nose presents fresh apple with natural hints of oak. The palate is sweet and warming. It has flavors of candy apple with cinnamon and pie crust. The finish is surprisingly long and warm with additional spice. It's sweet but remarkably delicious and well-balanced for a relatively young spirit. What a pity it seems to be a limited edition. An ideal drink for a Canadian autumn evening.
