Distilled in 1970 and bottled after forty years, the nose is captivating with scents of strawberry yogurt, pine needles, and nougat. Custard, dried herbs, and wood polish emerge. Following a sweet and aromatic initial impression, the palate develops with notes of candy floss, menthol, and coconut. Complex spices, black tea, and reappearing strawberries conclude in a robust and enduring finish. A magnificent and delightful grain spirit, evoking the taste of a past era.
