Cameron Bridge 26 Year The Knight's Golden Triumph is included in Diageo’s 2022 Special Release collection, which features eight different bottlings. Dr. Craig Wilson, Master Blender, chose each whisky in the collection, and all were bottled at cask strength. The "Elusive Expressions" theme defines the 2022 collection, with packaging designed by digital illustrators/artists Ken Taylor and Kevin Fong. Refill American oak casks were employed for its maturation. It was released in October 2022. (SRP $319.99)

There are oaky notes on the nose with a hint of almond and sweetness, along with cardamom and nutmeg. The palate offers additional spice, caramel, maple, and stewed stonefruit. It definitely needs a few minutes to open up, but once it does, the flavors achieve a delicate and subtle balance.
