About this bottle
Located in Scotland's Lowland region, Girvan is a distillery focused on single grain production. Despite producing over 100 million liters annually, the brand is not widely known. William Grant & Sons is aiming to elevate this lesser-known category with a premium offering. Their 25-year bottling features a mash bill predominantly of corn, distilled using the distillery's original 1960s column still. Matured in mostly refill American oak with some European oak, the whisky is presented without chill filtration and with no added color.
