The Vivanco family, with five generations of agave cultivation, produces Muchote Reposado Tequila. They use 10-12 year old blue weber agave, organically grown in Jalisco's Los Altos region. The agave is steamed in brick ovens, then fermented with champagne yeast. Following a double distillation in copper pot stills, the tequila rests for 7 months in used bourbon barrels.

A delicate Agave Spirit from [NOM 1414]. It starts aromatically with notes of cooked agave, wood, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; while a balanced middle adds notes of vanilla, plantain, caramel & orange zest; leading to a quick & dry finish with notes of jalapeño, oak, cinnamon & honey. May 2024
