A gentle Agave Spirit from NOM 1570 in Jalisco (Los Altos), Mexico. Its opening is fragrant with baked agave, wood, earth, dried fruit, nuts, herbs, and spices. A floral and herbal progression brings citrus and coconut, culminating in a complex, medium-length finish with notes of oak, caramel, red pepper, chocolate, and minerals. April 2025
