Mojave Low Desert Dry Gin

Sampled neat and in a slightly dirty martini (score based on neat) thanks to a friend Smells earthy with lemon zest; tastes of lemon, ginger, safe, and juniper

Aroma: lime, orange, lemon, flowers, sage, juniper, and a slight umami quality. Fruity on the palate; lime, vanilla, citrus peel, juniper, pepper. It's not incredibly complex, but it's quite delicious.
