A refined, dry gin from California. The initial impression is of desert botanicals, tree fruits, and tropical fruits. The warm and complex middle adds prickly pear, juniper, coriander, sage, dried lime, and pink peppercorn, concluding with a dry, delicate finish with a touch of earth. October 2019.

The nose has scents of lavender and mint. It smells like walking through a garden of herbs at twilight. Tastes of lavender, sweet lime, and an increasing amount of peppercorn. I find it very enjoyable and well-balanced without any notable bitterness. Well executed.
