A potent agave liqueur from Rosaluna Distillery (NOM-O02X) in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico. It's made with Espadin harvested by hand after 8 years of aging, then roasted underground, milled, fermented, and double distilled. It starts fruity with citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple & pear. Its rich and spicy development offers roasted agave, caramel, spice, ginger & cinnamon. It finishes long, bold & silky with hints of smoke & earth. August / September 2021
