This spirit has a lovely, bright pink hue. I sampled it neat at the speak easy with a companion. The aroma is quite intriguing. I detect notes of meat, aperol, strong licorice, and cherries. On the palate, there's heavy licorice and cinnamon. It's not my preferred taste, leaving my tongue numb and not truly resembling a mezcal.

A clear, deep red color. The aroma has light smoke, Campari, sandalwood, watermelon, and herbs. It tastes of anise, black pepper, Campari, fruit, and charred oak. Quite unusual, especially considering the reason for its color, but ultimately not outstanding.
