The 2018 Autumnal Gin from Letherbee features sage that has been steeped with smoke from burned palo santo. Palo santo, or "holy tree," is related to frankincense and myrrh and is valued for its "relaxing and enchanting fragrance." This bottling is unfiltered and has limited availability.

Very strong smoke and wood flavor. The wood used, Palo Santo, is often used in incense. Its flavor here is overpowering and not to my taste. I'm a huge fan of their standard gin but not this.
