This single-vintage cachaça originates from the 2014 sugarcane harvest. The fresh, hand-cut sugarcane is pressed within three hours. Following fermentation, the juice is distilled in copper pot stills using the traditional batch method and then bottled unfiltered at still strength, which is 90 proof.

Enjoyed late at night after the bar closed. Aromas include: fresh fruit, lychee, melon, fried banana/plantain, and caramelized sugar. The texture is smooth, with a clean finish. It glides very smoothly over the palate, with sugar and lychee flavors dancing on your tongue. Overall, one of the superior cachaças I've experienced.
