About this bottle

This white rum is produced in Toronto from organic molasses sourced from South America. The molasses is fermented using wild yeast from Southern Ontario Russet apples, without added sugar. Yongehurst Distillery utilizes two hybrid copper and stainless-steel pot-column stills for all its spirits, including this introductory rum. Availability is limited, and the rum is sold in 375ml bottles, initially released in Ontario with plans for broader distribution.
