The aroma presents smoke, along with hints of mint, soil, barbequed pineapple, timber, toasted agave, grass, and savory seasonings. The taste is highly herbal, minty, savory, and fruity. Flavors detected are grilled pineapple, savory spices, mint, and earth. Quite intricate. Exceptionally pleasing.
Chino y Manso Sahuayo 48.51% The nose smells like campfire plastic. It has a perfume note of shaving cream. The smoke is subtle but noticeable, particularly at the start, with some vegetal sweetness. The finish is short to medium.
Crisp, clean flavor (reminiscent of blanco tequila). Cuts through food to refresh the palate.
