About this bottle

This arroqueño mezcal was harvested in the wild after maturing for an average of 15 years. Its production employs traditional methods, including roasting the piñas in an earth pit fueled by red oak and mesquite. Adrián Bautista distilled it in a copper pot still in Oaxaca's Rio de Ejutla village, bottling it at 94 proof.
