About this bottle
Ireland is the origin of Knockeen Hills' quadruple and triple distilled Poteen. Irish whey from Irish cows forms the foundation for this spirit. Their Poteen, which has undergone four distillations, serves as the base for this gin. After steeping botanicals, including elderflower, in the base, it is distilled a fifth time at London's Thames Distillery, an independent bottler and distiller. The final product is bottled at 43% ABV.
