About this bottle
Imperial Measures Distilling was officially founded in 2014. After initial batches produced at Applewood Distillery, the company now operates from its own facility in Thebarton, Adelaide. Ounce Gin "Bold" is characterized by its prominent juniper notes, complemented by thirteen botanicals, including sage, thyme, black cardamom, and pepper.
