The applewood and smoke are very apparent, but they complement each other well and also pair perfectly with the juniper. I tried it in a negroni, and it's amazing—applewood and smoke work perfectly with Campari and sweet vermouth. Highly recommended as a go-to for a negroni.
Perfect for an Old Fashioned. I added orange bitters.
