Knockeen Hills Heather Gin utilizes a four-times distilled Irish whey spirit as its base. Organic botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica root, heather, and savory, are steeped with the neutral spirit in the still for 24 hours before a fifth and final distillation. While Knockeen is a village in Co. Waterford, Ireland, the final distillation takes place in London at the Thames Distillery, an independent distiller and bottler. The gin is bottled at 47.3% ABV.
