Wheeler's Western Dry Gin is named in honor of George Wheeler, who also lends his name to New Mexico's highest peak. In addition to juniper, the gin features botanicals such as hops, osha root, cactus flowers, and sage.

It's acceptable, but it has an unusual flavor I can never identify and always forget before I pour a drink. The representative from Santa Fe Spirits at a tasting couldn't describe it either – we were both unable to pinpoint the flavor.
Aromatic notes of citrus, including orange, lemon, lime, and a sea breeze. The palate features lemon and lime zest, with a dominant lemon flavor.
This gin evokes arid landscapes. It's so delicious you could savor it straight or chilled and take great pleasure in it.
Aroma of juniper, citrus, rich botanicals, and earth. The taste is subtly sweet, herbaceous, earthy, and fruity.
Excellent in a martini.
