Extremely floral nose, with hints of bubble gum, stone fruit, honeysuckle, and something that reminds me of correction fluid but in a positive way. Light, fruity, floral scents dominate and are complex but primarily bright. Nosed in the glass for 5 minutes before tasting. Taste is subtly oaky with a pastry cream-like quality that transitions quickly into Belgian sugared waffles, buttermilk, and a touch of caramel sugar. The body is light, slightly waxy, and the finish is reached rapidly, but then it lingers and fades slowly and pleasantly.

Silky, with notes of apricot and pear. Develops into honey with oak towards the end.
