About this bottle
Delamain Vesper XO Grande Champagne Cognac comprises cognacs aged between 30 and 35 years. These are matured in very old 350-liter Limousin oak casks within humid cellars near the Charente River. After selection, the cognacs are blended and aged for an additional two years to harmonize. It is made exclusively from 100% Grande Champagne and its proof is reduced by incorporating very old, low-proof eaux-de-vie.
