A complex, fruity single grain suggested by a bartender whisky guild expert. Only 125 bottles were produced for charity. Very good, with each sip offering something different, ending with a spicy and slightly nutty finish. This was from bottle #101 of 125, purchased at The Brewery Corner in Kilkenny on January 14, 2024.

A very pleasant Irish whiskey. A few drops of water are needed to bring out all its nice aroma and smoothness.
