Glass: Glencairn, allowed to sit for 15 minutes. Color: A medium amber shade. Nose: Notes of toffee and sweet raisins. Palate: Initially some mild spice, followed by a buttery texture. Finish: Brief and lacking significant warmth. Splash: No additional tastes emerge, yet the finish seems better. Overall: 7.5/10 - I was intrigued by this bottle after having the opportunity to acquire it at Jameson in Dublin. Although I didn't sample it at their bar, I'm pleased I bought this. A modest increase in proof would be beneficial, but it's a delightful drink.

Maple and oak on the nose. Vanilla and oak on the palate. Exceptionally smooth for sipping, with a very delicate mouthfeel. It goes down effortlessly, with minimal to no warmth.

Deanne Mckenna 4.0

Felt compelled to try the special release. Strong alcohol presence, musty, with caramel, banana, and a touch of spice.

Bryanna Person 4.5

Vanilla taste that is mellow with a simple finish. A top pick for me.

Kirk Schaffer 3.8

Aromatic and unconventional, yet intriguing.

Cindy Whitehead 3.8

Silky smooth with notes of sherry and honey.
