Highside Distilling Gin

A crazy multitude of herbs and spices. That sweet apple nose pushes through all the juniper presence. A slight pepper and bay leaf finish. An immediate, leafy, and peppery hit to the front and sides of the palate. It leaves a nice flavor in my mouth. A nice, contemporary Washington Gin.

Fantastic gin! I'm typically not a gin drinker; I usually prefer whiskey, bourbon, and scotch. The idea of making this gin from Washington apples is brilliant! Very clever! I strongly suggest getting some of this spirit. You will not be sorry!
