Born in Texas, founder Kristopher DeSoto established Hiatus to introduce the rich flavors of Mexican tequilas to the U.S. market after residing in Mexico for seven years. Hiatus is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave and is made in partnership with third-generation tequila producers at La Cofradía. The reposado variety is aged for six months and presented at 40% ABV.
