Bright and vibrant with citrus peel, oranges, tree fruits, gentle wood and subtle spice aromas and a full-bodied taste. Peculiarly, hints of the woods emerge later in the scent profile. The conclusion is moderately long and slightly peppery with citrus nuances. A deserving pour from the Master Blender’s collection.

About this bottle
Hennessy's Master Blender's Selection Nº 4 is the second bottling from master blender Renaud Fillioux de Gironde in this limited series. He reportedly drew inspiration from wintertime outdoor scenery for this blend. The cognac is composed of eaux-de-vie distilled with a moderate amount of lees and aged for at least five years in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels. It became available in March 2021.

It's got fruit notes, a silky texture, and a little bit of a sting from the alcohol.
Full-bodied, fruity, with just a slight burn at the conclusion
