About this bottle
Cognac Normandin-Mercier, with a history spanning five generations since 1872, sources young cognacs from the Petite and Grand Champagne regions. These cognacs are primarily made from ugni blanc grapes (90%), with colombard and folle blanche comprising the remaining 10%. Their Prestige Fine Champagne is a blend from both areas, aged for at least 15 years, initially in new 350L barrels for two years, then transferred to 600L barrels.
