About this bottle
Situated on a 200-acre apple farm in the Upper Hudson Valley, Harvest Spirits operates under New York's inaugural farm distillery license. While officially classified as a peach-flavored brandy, Cornelius Peach could also be described as a Peach Applejack. This spirit is crafted by steeping hand-pitted, locally sourced peaches in their Applejack, which has been aged in bourbon barrels. Following this infusion, the mixture returns to the barrel for a period of flavor integration before being bottled without filtering to preserve the full character and mouthfeel imparted by the peaches. The presence of sediment in the bottle is normal. Unlike many comparable products, this spirit contains no added sugar or artificial ingredients.
