A prominent sharp, herbal, green agave note is present, followed by vanilla, a slight caramel, then a black/white pepper, and a moderately mineral finish with a hint of anise. It's interesting compared to tequila. The difference between this and most other tequilas is that this one uses a wild fermentation process, which is somewhat noticeable. Very intriguing! Also a good price.
